I thought I'd post a picture of a great steak I had in Amarillo, TX. No, this isn't the big one. Instead it's the little brother. Hmmm...this picture is making me very hungry!

It is a bit too rare for me and that green thing looks scarey!
The green thing did "spice" thing up a little! The little fried things are okra, which I really like. The steak is about a medium (warm pink center) as opposed to medium-rare (warm red center). See, you can learn all kinds of things at a steak house!
